"This office rarely answers their phone. One secretary works from home on certain days the other in the office on the other days. They do not communicate so you have to call back on the day the lady you spoke with works to get an answer. I switched to a different agent only to find they did not remove my ex from my policy that was requested almost 2 years ago. Even the agent Ron will not return a phone call. Good luck."
